The dissemination process has edified everyone in the public and quasi-public sectors and a small constituent of academia. On Friday, November 13, 2009 it was expanded to that sub-faction within Canadian society that’s as much to blame for how Canada evolved as complicit and loyal politicians, judges, lawyers, police, military and those working in media and academia.
In the Fiefdom treatise they were originally labelled “the invisibly wealthy” because that’s what they were – operating in the backrooms of federal and provincial cabinet and city councils; conducting secret business in judges’ private chambers and law society executive offices; and clandestinely scheming and plotting in the offices of police chiefs and top floor Bay Street conference rooms.
The disinfecting spotlight of transparency stripped away their opaque character through the three-year research project and the label was dropped for such descriptions as “Chinada High Command”, “pubescent sociopaths” and the “operators of the Ottawa-Toronto-Montreal triangle of power and wealth”.
It was a critical piece of the governance jigsaw puzzle: not only understanding that big money and big government conspired to hijack Canadian public and quasi-public institutions to advance non-transparent policies of economy monopolization, wealth plundering and sharing the country’s vast wealth with a totalitarian government and China’s underworld, but also ‘Why?’. How could this happen in a country that appeared to be so democratic and for the most part a free market economy?
There had to be antecedents that led to PM Trudeau and those of his generation institutionalizing extreme nepotism-patronage exclusion, monopolizing big business and entering into a top-secret geo-marriage with the Chinese leadership at the height of the Cold War. The answer lay in two hundred years of upward mobility restrictions and lengthy Liberal rule in the 20th century. While took the academic knowledge and skills that come with a degree in political philosophy to discover it, one’s common sense was sufficient for the lay-person to connect the historical dots to agree there’d been a complete consolidation of political power by the time Trudeau et al. arrived in Ottawa; and after that and the alliance with Beijing the exercise of political authority evolved not only militarized totalitarianism, but also pubescent sociopathology that worshiped evil. The malfeasant comprised a trans-ideological elite who institutionalized perversions and schadenfreude that eventually led to such atrocities as enslaving human experimentation and torture in which a multitude of public, quasi-public and private sector actors participated and who sought to benefit as they road the coat-tails of China’s bid for global hegemony.
What was the motivation for this nefarious geo-political adventure? It was summed up in the Fiefdom treatise chapter disseminated to original recipients: Are All of Canada’s Uber-Wealthy Trans-Generational Corruption and China Loyal – Thomson, Rogers, Stronach, Shaw, Desmarais and Pattison?:
It is from these wider, more comprehensive domestic, historical and international perspectives Fiefdom treatise recipients can appreciate how strong the inference is that Canada’s uber-wealthy as a unified group are sociopathic and addicted to acquiring more money and more power – but not more power in Canada – they have it all; rather more power that comes from what only attaining global hegemony can deliver. Here is the Rosetta Stone of how they think. They’ve achieved total domination and control at home and the only way to satisfy their cravings for more is to monopolize and subjugate elsewhere in the world; and Beijing’s territorial expansion foreign policy is where they’ve found gratification for that addiction-fuelled need.
Discovering the ‘triangle of power and wealth’ – that cluster of political dynastic families, super wealthy individuals and families and the largest corporations in the land which collectively and conspiratorially had over generations hijacked Canada’s system of government through nepotism and patronage – was a lengthy process. It was made easier by what was so obvious in the historical record, including proof this intelligence, competence and morality devoid system of upward mobility was in full swing two centuries ago and which led to all manner of corruption and criminality. There were sign-posts of it throughout the 19th and 20th century:
Prior to 1837 both Upper Canada and Lower Canada were plagued with patronage, nepotism and corruption. Only those with the closest ties to government prospered. The rest were shut out of decision making and full participation in their own country's administration.

This corruption of the mind has been well described as the arrogance of power, and Liberal ministers are not immune from this near-universal human failing. Louis St-Laurent’s minister of trade and commerce, C.D. Howe, once actually taunted the opposition about their powerlessness to prevent the Liberal government from doing whatever it wanted. “Who’s to stop us?” he asked – not rhetorically – 1951.

The long Liberal hegemony in Ottawa has created a small, self-perpetuating oligarchy or aristocracy of governors, from which the vast majority of Canadians are permanently excluded and to which only bona fide members of the Liberal Party may expect to accede. Since power in the Liberal Party is concentrated in Ontario and Quebec, the source of all its leaders, or even more narrowly in Toronto and Montreal, few outsiders need apply.

Historically profound is what C.D. Howe said mid-century. The principals, values and beliefs in that sentiment reverberated throughout the halls of Chinada power sixty-two years later when PM Chrétien’s personal secretary in the late 1970s, Allan Lutfy, who he appointed and elevated to be Federal Court Associate Chief Justice, rendered a series of fatal blows to the Custodian Chief’s lawsuit to protect what that two-centuries-in-the-making consolidation of power led to – economy monopolization, wealth plundering, Chinese de facto governance and militarization and helping to finance the Beijing leadership attempt at global eco-political hegemony.
Because of the arrogance of power the wealthiest in the country used their corporate and media assets to brag about being invincible, insulated and immune; not caring about the ramifications of the Custodian Chief being contacted and recruited by the world’s democracy-loving movers and shakers in the spring of 2003. And whenever they got together to celebrate how much they’d lock down the country for their own benefit, they couldn’t control their predispositions for confessing and criminality: Newly Acclaimed Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff Repeatedly Threatens the Canadian Lawyer Qua Custodian-in-Council Chief Executive With Assassination; and The Liberal Party of Canada Ratifies Trans-Generational Corruption and the China Agenda of De Facto Governance, Militarization and Achieving Global Hegemony; and The Ghost of Liberal Party Conventions Past.

The fact the lawsuit, triggering all accountability mechanisms, the dissemination process and years of back-channel diplomacy not only didn’t lead to one ‘Made in Canada’ solution, but also that the enslavement, experimentation, torture and coalition-related death threats persisted, is testament to how much the richest Canadians had successfully hijacked governance for their own parochial interests.

In early winter 2009 the dissemination initiative was expanded to include the largest companies in the country – those who financed and were primary beneficiaries of economy monopolization and Chinese de facto governance and militarization. With covert regime change imminent, it was time to put the likes of Thomson, Desmarais, Asper, Shaw and Rogers on formal notice their corporate empires would be seize in toto and they and those who colluded with them would prosecuted by the coalition’s ‘Iron Fist’ tribunal of accountability.
This was merely a formality – a technicality of providing notice through corporate counsel; because the secret security apparatus operated grapevine that linked the rich, powerful and Chinese together had already informed owners and top executives and managers.
The coalition was predictably and understandably appreciative of this initiative. Wall Street executives massaged the market’s closing numbers, NBC News executives scripted the lexicon into the evening broadcast and very succinctly articulated what was compiled in Comparing the Chinada Threat to Islamist Fundamentalism and linked it to enslaving human experimentation and David Letterman got out the diplomacy gatling gun.
